How do I enroll in your Online School?
There should be a link just below the pictures at the top of the page that says Enroll Now. Just click it and follow the instructions.
What do I put down for my Member ID?
You need to come up with your own Member ID, something you can remember. It can be letters or numbers and include a hyphen or underscore, but no spaces or any other punctuation. It must be a unique ID no one else is using.
My email address is not accepted. Why?
It may be because you mistyped it. Please check the spelling and format. If you are told a member already is using that email address, it may be you have created an account in the past. If so, you can use the lost password link to try and retrieve your account information.
I didn't receive my email verification. What do I do?
Having a correct email is important in case you forget your password. We also may need to communicate with you about something in one of your classes. Check your spam filter to make sure it is not blocking our verification email. If you still can't find it, use the Contact Us link to let us know, and we'll try and help.
My verification code is being rejected?
A verification code only works one time. If you try it more than once, it will not be accepted. Instead, check the lost password page to see if your account was actually created the first time. It is possible your email is already verified.
I cannot seem to login. What's wrong?
Make sure you are using the correct Member ID and password. (Don't use the verification code you were sent to login). If you are unsure, you can retrieve your account information here. Note that the password is case sensitive. That is, you must use the same capitalization as the password on file.
Ok, I'm logged in. Where are the classes?
Look for the Online School link toward the top right of the page. Click it to get more info about our training classes, memory clubs, and conferences.
How can I bring FAST training to my church!
Right next to the Online Classes link is one for Church Training. Here you can learn more about powerful tools you can use to launch a FAST team in your church.
I want to tell everyone I know about FAST!
Great! Please take our FAST Hope class. It gives lot's of great suggestions for sharing what we do here. Look for it in our Online School!
