Our Story

Just in time for the new millenium, a group of twelve students at a small Christian college in Northern California decided to get serious about memorizing Scripture. They met once a week, and began working through a simple training program that had been developed quietly years before. Soon additional teams sprouted up on campus, and before long FAST exploded--across the country and around the world, almost entirely by word of mouth, as thousands began to sense the importance of hiding God's Word in their heart.

Within twelve months, over 100,000 hits were registered on our website from many denominations, including visitors from virtually all fifty states, and approximately sixty countries. And a movement was born. Since then, FAST training has been conducted in churches, campuses, youth conferences, and retreats around the globe. Thousands have requested printed training materials, including friends in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and Africa. And God continues to bless the spread of FAST, as more and more people tell their friends about the power of God's Word.
